What you'll do...

Are you looking for a great opportunity to join Fortune #1 and play a key role in the strategy and implementation of the New Home Office? Corporate Real Estate is hiring a Director, Program Management - Workplace Content to join the Strategy and Planning team for Corporate Real Estate (CRE) at Walmart. The Director, Program Management - Workplace Content is responsible for overseeing the development of all workplace material related to space and move management, activities that impact associate journeys or activations designed to enhance associate, visitor and member engagement.

What you'll do...

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to share what's going on in the workplace across the CRE portfolio. Examples of content creation for the workplace include:

  • Campus Operations: building maintenance, space renovations and relays.

  • Campus Signage: Create, install, and maintain all physical signage (wayfinding, etiquette reminders, conference room) and dedicated digital signage.

  • Experience and Amenities: latest and greatest amenities and seasonal activations available to associates (Whole Health promotions, program launches, mobility)

  • Change Management : reinforcement of new workplace guidelines and etiquette, campus access / road closures, parking / navigation.

  • Create a toolkit with a common set of templates for content management; build an annual content calendar to identify relevant topics impacting the workplace

  • Generate compelling content to articulate what's happening on campus across the CRE portfolio. This includes aligning content to Walmart's brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Align engaging content to appropriate delivery channel specifications (blogs, social media, videos, app, intranet, signage and email).

  • Leverage artificial intelligence technologies and tools to develop and produce high-quality content efficiently and effectively.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across CRE, People, Tech, Global Communications to validate content accuracy.

  • Analyze the performance of content marketing efforts, using data and insights to optimize strategies and improve results. Provide regular reports on key metrics and present recommendations for improvement.

You'll make an impact through:

  • Passion and rigor around developing compelling content to drive excitement and participation.

  • Proven track record of creative content strategy, development and execution

  • Ability to stand up and operationalize a new competency and respond quickly and creatively to the workplace pipelines of updates.

  • Proficiency to prioritize and manage multiple requests and stakeholders while having the ability to lead and work independently and adhere to timelines and commitments.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of direct work experience in Content Creation (Marketing, creative strategy, customer experience) at Walmart or elsewhere

  • High level of competency with creative software and familiarity with AI and other emerging digital technologies

  • Experience bringing together visuals and messaging into high quality products. A portfolio of work highlighting your capabilities (with sample material) is required as part of your application .

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

4 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

4 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
