As an Associate - Back of House for Sam's Club, you will be working at Table 29 which is a full-service restaurant within the Home Office. You will be responsible for catering, cooking (including batch cooking), prep work, putting away products, cleaning, and serving customers in the front of house.
Location : This position will be full onsite in Bentonville, AR
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 5:30am to 1:30pm (must be flexible to work catering events on weekends)
You'll make an impact by...
Joining a well oriented team environment, cooking from scratch for both catering and daily restaurant menu items.
Initially working with the chef to understand the expectations of food quality
Stocking, organizing, and cleaning kitchen and cooking utensils.
Visually inspecting food for quality and serving size.
Preparing food at the food preparation station by following recipes, baking items, chopping vegetables, filling containers of food, and preparing items for the next day.
Handling and operating kitchen equipment (baking equipment, chopping cutlery, etc.).
Reviewing daily specials, rotating supplies and utensils, transporting hot food on carts, and grilling and deep-frying items.
Ensuring compliance with company food safety policies and procedures by checking product to verify proper dating, cooking product to proper temperature, completing temperature logs, and checking temperature of all food items.
Visually inspecting dishes for cleanliness and chips and cleaning and sanitizing preparation and work areas.

You have catering experience.
You have previous experience in a food and beverage industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
3 - 5 years' experience in the commercial cooking industry
Food Services - SERV Safe Certification

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00-$28.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
