Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Assists in designing project plans.

• Organizes project timelines and deliverables.

• Facilitates meetings involving stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives.

• Recommends appropriate operational processes.

• Develops and manages project requests and timelines by establishing project requirements.

• Communicates project status, details, timelines, and available resources.

• Plans and executes resource allocation.

• Finalizes, approves, and delivers projects.

• Takes corrective action as necessary to drive project results.

• Communicates project plans and deliverables to key stakeholders.

• Identifies root causes and develops potential solutions for initiatives.

• Makes recommendations based on data and observations.

• Develops and improves existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements.

• Provides subject-matter expertise.

• Develops requirements.

• Provides solutions for complex problems that span multiple businesses, functions, and/or time frames with new or existing tools.

• Partners cross-functionally with Product Management, Merchandising, Engineering, and other groups to drive projects.

• Aids in the implementation of Operations strategies by providing guidance on proposed projects.

• Develops and implements scorecards and other tracking mechanisms.

• Responds to requests for recurring and ad hoc reports.

• Compiles and analyzes data.

• Reviews solution outcomes.

• Implements operational best practices that can be scaled as the business grows and develops by developing mechanisms and tools to roll out best practices.

• Plans routes based on local and state traffic laws and local restrictions. Follows routes according to information from maps and atlases.

• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans, using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or related area. Option 2: 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.

No convictions for a DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol/drugs within the last 10 years.
