What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, Business Operations - eComm Strategy & Governance role will play an integral part in helping support and facilitate ways of working across the broader Walmart US eCommerce organization. This position leverages exceptional project management, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

• Practicing Continuous Process Improvement: Supporting our transformation journey by analyzing, proposing, and presenting solutions and process improvements

• Supporting in the development of analytical frameworks/KPIs to measure business performance

• Anticipating outcomes of strategic initiatives for highly complex business areas

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related area and 5 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area.

7 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area.

2 years' supervisory experience.
