Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Operations, to lead the business strategy for continuous improvement in the experience of new gig drivers on the Spark Driver Platform. You will play a vital role in identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction, retention, and to set drivers up for success as they become acquainted with the Spark Driver App. Using your strategic vision, program management, and analytical skills, you will partner with Product and Operations stakeholders to define a multi-year roadmap improving the new driver experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, measure, and track KPIs that speak to improved experience for new drivers.

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy to meet program, organizational, and company objectives.

• Lead alignment efforts across cross-functional business teams, Product, Tech, Legal, Driver Acquisition, Driver Marketing, and more.

• Build and execute testing and rollout plans in partnership with Product and Tech.

• Ensure seamless tracking, reporting, and communications for program objectives.

• Streamline processes to improve activation rates after drivers complete signup.

• Develop business cases to support net-new ideas and get leadership support for key initiatives.

• Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to always be looking for improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in program or project management, strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar project-focused strategic role.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups.

• Exceptional presentation skills with strong experience building and leading executive presentations.

• Expert understanding of selecting the right metrics and KPIs to track and manage business goals.

• Proven ability to build partnerships, communicate, and collaborate effectively within an organization and work in a team setting.

• Experienced working with product and tech teams to design solutions to business problems and building business cases for program needs.

• End-to-end project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the gig driver industry or similar marketplace-based platforms.

• Prior experience in last mile delivery.

• Prior experience with user activation or new user experience with an app-based product.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
