Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI/ML Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, AI/ML technologies, and product management. This role will be instrumental in leveraging AI/ML models to provide valuable insights for business decision-making and driving innovation within the organization. The AI/ML Product Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights and trends that inform business decisions and drive innovation.

  • Develop and implement AI/ML models to address specific business challenges and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with product managers to integrate AI/ML capabilities into product development processes.

  • Support the entire product life cycle, from concept development to launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to refine and improve AI/ML models based on feedback and performance metrics.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and drive alignment on AI/ML initiatives.

  • Champion product innovation and design thinking principles to identify new opportunities for AI/ML applications.

  • Ensure that AI/ML solutions comply with relevant regulations and ethical considerations.

  • Stay informed about advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices, and incorporate them into our processes and strategies.

Required Competencies:

Experience with Data and Insights: Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations. Experience with AI and ML: Proficiency in developing and deploying AI/ML models using tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Product Management Experience: Previous experience in product management, with a focus on integrating AI/ML capabilities into product development processes. Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Product Management Competencies and Product Life Cycle: Deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies, with experience supporting products throughout their life cycle. Communication and Influence: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making. Strong Product Innovation and Design Thinking: Creative thinker with a passion for driving product innovation and leveraging design thinking principles to solve problems. Understanding of Data in Business and Product Development: Familiarity with the use of data in business decision-making and product development processes.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, AI/ML, and product management.

Experience with AI/ML model development and deployment.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools/software.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09001:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
