Responsibilities

• Develo ping and champion ing a world class product vision and strategy, using domain expertise , internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases

• Developing and enhancing products as you will manage product roadmaps, driving priorities aligned to business goals, turn insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.

• Driv ing the execution of multiple projects in an a gile e nvironment for p roduct m anagement including product requirements that provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and user needs .

• Partner ing very closely with h igh p erforming e ngineering teams to ensure we are building scalable software products that meet customer needs and on time with quality.

• Manag ing project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way and willing to do what it takes to make our product successful .

• Having s ound business judgment as well as ability to think strategically & tactically , analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope technical requirements.

• Having s trong oral and written communication skills are crucial to influenc ing others internally and externally.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
