Sr. Partner, Partner Development - Technology Providers

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-visibility team within the largest company in the world. Walmart Connect is looking for a Sr. Partner Development Manager to drive growth, and adoption of our Advertising API offerings through our technology provider partners . The Partner Development Manager will manage a group of high impact technology provider partners with a goal of amplifying revenue and driving new business . This role will work cross-functionally to identify products and experiences that will help WMC scale and acquire net-new customers through our technology provider partner program.

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationship with portfolio of technology provider p artners

  • Drive joint business planning and track technology provider partner progress to goals

  • Collaborate with technology provider partners to develop and execute go to market plans through joint PR, marketing, co-selling, developer relations enablement and materials to hit revenue goals

  • Collect feedback from partners to help inform and prioritize API product roadmap

  • Support technical partner manager and support manager to help technology provider partner s manage and grow their business on Walmart

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to identify product and program enhancements that will drive incremental revenue for Walmart

  • Lead Partner outreach initiatives to create a successful joint business and technical integration

  • Enable WM C sales teams with content, training, and accelerators on specific Partner solutions that can help accelerate deals or expand opportunities

  • I dentify , own, and drive innovative opportunities and programs to drive efficiencies and scale internally and externally

  • Drive technology provider partner business infrastructure and reporting initiatives

Qualifications

  • 6-8 + years strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects

  • Experience working cross-functionally, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results

  • Proven experience delivering partnership initiatives, having worked in sales, product, business development, partnership, with an emphasis on automated advertising experiences.

  • Track record of driv ing programs to improve operational excellence

  • Experience in identifying innovative solutions on behalf of customers

  • Analytical experience with experience diagnosing problems and crafting solutions but also introduce ways to validate and measure outcomes

  • Experience building working relationships at all levels of management, both internal and external facing especially with sales or pre-sales teams

  • Interest or experience in working with complex, technical partners, APIs, and product

  • BA/BS required

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related area.

Option 2: Master's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.

Option 3: 5 years' experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.

5 years' experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.

5 years' experience managing client accounts.

5 years' experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
