We are looking for a n Operations Manager - Seller Growth & Marketing to shape our programs and key messaging across new categories and markets.

As a n Operations Manager - Seller Growth & Marketing , you will generate strategic insights in partnership with Product, Customer Marketing and Analytics to inform our roadmap. You will leverage seller behavioral insights, feedback and competitive analysis to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with tech teams to prioritize the needs of our sellers and directly market to them to support Go-To-Market initiatives.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnerships with Product, Sales, Consumer, Customer Marketing, Legal, PR, and other teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. This role requires an analytical marketer with a strong understanding of marketing methods to align with Seller objectives, while continuously adjusting based on sellers' feedback.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with building from the ground up, metrics and data-driven, with a strong desire to learn and lead in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to think strategically, analyze data, and execute quickly.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Developing and executing seller facing growth programs and marketing tactics for existing Walmart's Local Marketplace's features and programs to drive awareness and adoption by sellers.

  • Leveraging various channels and tools (e.g., email, webinar, website, social media, infographics, video) to effectively communicate with target audiences.

  • Leading the voice of the seller program and gathering seller feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

  • Building reports to track progress towards creating new inbound leads.

  • Managing multiple projects and campaigns with competing timelines.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You have 4-8 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related field.

  • You possess strong critical thinking skills and understand performance metrics.

  • You are a problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about process building and optimization within startup teams and environments.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Marketing and Sales, healthcare, or related area and 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, omni channel merchandising, or related area.

  • Background in B2B Marketing, Growth Operations, Program Management, Business Operations or a related field.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
