We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Seller Success and Growth Strategy to shape our programs and engage with our Sellers across new categories and markets.

What you'll do...

As a Strategic Account Manager - Seller Success and Growth Strategy , you will act as the main point of contact for strategic Sellers, problem solve their issues, develop action plans to increase Seller adoption of Growth Tools, work with Sellers to ensure they meet our performance standards, and work cross-functionally with teams such as Onboarding, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Product to drive expansion efforts.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

  • You have 3-6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Growth Operations, Support, Program Management, Business Operations or a related field.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles focused on increasing customer/merchant satisfaction, retention, and/or product adoption

  • You are an excellent communicator who excel in building and managing relationships

  • You are familiar with CRM tools

  • You have strong critical thinking skills and a solid understanding of performance metrics

  • You are a problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for process building and optimization within startups teams and environments

You'll make an impact by:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for strategic sellers and developing action plans to increase seller adoption of Growth Tools.

  • Setting and executing Seller Success and Growth initiatives critical to the success of the Local Marketplace program.

  • Advocating for Sellers, ensuring their perspectives, needs, and feedback are heard and addressed effectively

  • Providing dedicated support and recommendations to improve Sellers performance

  • Serving as a trusted thought partner to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating priorities, challenges, and risks with a data-based, high-EQ approach.

  • Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices related to seller growth, B2B marketing and marketplace dynamics.

  • Demonstrating a growth mindset, a high level of ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Customer Success, Account Management, Growth Operations, Support, Program Management, Business Operations or a related field.

  • Client-facing experience

  • Familiar with CRM tools

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. New York, New York US-09317:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
