Walmart Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights in Sunnyvale, California

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Senior Manager role in the US Marketplace Strategic Initiatives will lead data-driven decision making and using data to optimize business performance.

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities where data analytics can provide valuable insights.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and translate them into actionable business insights.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders clearly and concisely.

  • Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of data analytics to drive decision-making at all levels.

  • Ensure data privacy and security standards are maintained throughout all data analytics processes.

  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analytics and evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the team's capabilities.

  • You can foster collaboration across teams and leverage your expertise in marketplace to drive results

  • You are biased for action, relentless about driving and owning the goal and you are motivated by the responsibility of delivering the most crucial capabilities for long term marketplace growth

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-08479/San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
